Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and sets out how TradeFlow may and may not be used. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.
Lawful messaging & calls
You must have a lawful basis to contact your customers and must honour opt-outs. Automated SMS must respect STOP/HELP keywords (PECR). Don't use TradeFlow to send spam, scams, or unsolicited marketing to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
Prohibited content & conduct
• No unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content.
• No impersonation of another business or person.
• No content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy.
• No using the AI flow builder to generate prohibited or misleading content.
Platform integrity & security
Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service; don't bypass authentication, access other tenants' data, scrape at scale, or interfere with telephony, billing, or rate-limiting. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to us rather than exploiting them.
Fair use
Telephony and AI features are metered to keep the platform reliable for everyone. Automated abuse, artificial traffic, or attempts to evade usage limits aren't allowed.
Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy or put the platform or its users at risk. Where appropriate we'll give notice, but serious or urgent breaches may be actioned immediately.
