Common questions
Do my customers need an app?
No. They call the number they already have and reply by text — nothing to download.
Is it really AI answering my calls?
AI builds the flow from your description, but once a call comes in everything runs on fixed, predictable rules — never a black box.
Where do deposits go?
Straight into your own Stripe account. TradeFlow only takes a small flat fee per confirmed, paid booking.
What does it cost?
No monthly fee to start — a flat £2 per confirmed, paid booking. Every other penny of the deposit is yours.
Can I change the flow later?
Anytime. Edit it in plain English or drag nodes on the visual canvas; changes take effect on the next call.
