These terms govern your use of TradeFlow. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
TradeFlow lets you build call-handling flows, take bookings and collect deposits. AI is used only to help you build flows — call/SMS handling runs on fixed, deterministic rules.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the content of your flows and messages, for having a lawful basis to contact your customers, for honouring opt-outs, and for the accuracy of your services, prices and availability. Keep your login secure.
Payments & fees
Customer deposits are collected via Stripe Connect and settle into your own Stripe account — we never hold your funds. TradeFlow charges a flat fee per confirmed, paid booking. Telephony/usage charges may apply per your plan. You're responsible for refunds you choose to issue.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, abusive, or spam use; no attempts to break security or access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the platform at risk.
Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is”; we aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using TradeFlow and request deletion at any time. We may terminate for breach. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
